Is ordering online from UltimatePCSoftware safe?
Yes. Our checkout pages are 128-bit SSL encrypted, the industry standard for secure online ordering. Always make sure to look for the green url bar and the lock or key icon on your browser when you are checking out (location and format differ depending on what browser you are using). This indicates you are viewing a secure, encrypted page.
What is the difference between OEM and Retail Box packaging?
Retail version of software is a full version of the software which will include the installation disc(s), Certificate of Authenticity (if manufacturer provides), and product keycode/serial number (if necessary). OEM software does not come in a retail box, doesn't include printed manuals, cannot be transferred (even if the original computer breaks), and is not eligible for free technical support from the manufacturer. Help files are normally included on the disc. OEM software is only available in "full version" editions, meaning there are no OEM upgrade products. OEM software can be upgraded to future versions of the software by purchasing a compatible upgrade product.
How are you able to sell your software at such low prices?
We are not under contract with or "authorized" to sell on behalf of any particular software manufacturer. As a result, we are able to sell our products significantly below the MSRP. We purchase at lower prices from reputable sources in the wholesale market and pass those savings on to you!
When will I get the purchased software?
All software is delivered digitally. This means right after purchase you will be provided with a key code and download link(if needed). As we send your the key and URL via e-mail please make sure you have entered correct and working email address. Also check spam folder for acceptance there.
What payment types are accepted by your website?
Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Card . PayPal may be available for certain products onsite. You will as an option if that's the case.
We may also be able to invoice you on certain occasions via PayPal.
What if something will be wrong? Will I be able to get a refund?
All download versions have the same lifetime activation guarantee as the retail box sets and have free tech support via email, phone or remote access if needed for as long as you own the product.In the case of unsolvable problems with a software and if our support team will be unable to help, you can get a refund or replacement software (it's up to you which product to choose as replacement) It is however the buyers responsibility to know the PCs requirements before purchasing the software. We are unable to refund if you purchase a program incompatible with your PC. Please be sure to review the manufacturers specs before placing your order. We offer free installation via remote access as well, however we cannot assist with the actual operation or function of the software. A user help guide is included in the manufacturers help file for review.
I cannot find any info about recent order.
After successful payment you will receive payment confirmation email. You may need to reply to the email to verify the order before it is sent. You will receive this automatically with all orders within 2 minutes. Check your spam if you do not see it. Attention! Some people have trouble receiving our e-mails because automated messages often end up in spam folders or are blocked by ISP's. In that case, please try to check the SPAM, BULK folders, etc in your email-box.
Are these full versions of software on your website?
Yes we sell only full versions of software! We do not sell trials, upgrades or academic versions of any software.
Do you ship your software on disks?
If you are purchasing retail box sets, then yes. Orders are shipped same day if ordered by 3pm EST. If purchasing download software, you may download the setup file to the desktop location then click and drag to a CD., DVD or flash drive for your own backup. The retail box set and download versions are the same unless purchasing volume or multi user editions.
What currency is on your website?
Is there any additional charges or hidden fees for software?
No. All purchases are one time sale and there are no recurring fees or subscription services of any kind for all software we sell. One time sale is for lifetime activation and the activation will never expire.
Will I be able to download purchased software in the future again (in case PC crash)?
Download links are available for approx. 14 days for download. You are instructed to download and save to desktop and then cd, dvd or flash for your backup. You may always reinstall at any time in the future on the same PC. Save your serial numbers as we nor the vendors retain this information. If you lose it, you rebuy it!
Which Hardware Requirements is needed to get your software installed?
You're able to find Hardware Requirements in description which comes with each product in our store.
On how many computers can I install purchased software?
You're able to install retail software only on ONE computer at a time. Additional PCs can be installed with the purchase of mufti user versions or additional license purchase. Products vary with these options.
Are your products used?
Absolutely not, we do not sell used products of any kind. All of our products are guaranteed to be new - never been used or activated. Due to the nature of the wholesale marketplace some packaging may look different than what you'd see at a retail store. However, we absolutely stand by our 100% guarantee that all software has never been used or activated.
Can I get a discount if I'm going to buy more than one copy of product?
Prices on site are final. Significant discounts are available at time of sale when purchasing multi user or additional PC installs. After original sale, additional users cannot be added at discount price.

Will I be able to get technical support?
Tech support is available for as long as you, the buyer own the software. We will help you to download, install and activate purchased program, but we cannot teach you how to use purchased product.
Is there any membership fees on your website?
No, You don't need to pay any membership fees.
Does your software come with the Certificate of Authenticity (COA)?
Yes, retail box sets have what is shipped with the original packaging from the manufacturer.
OEM version doesn't come with the COA. But you will be able to activate your software and get updates from manufacturer (some software products cannot be updated at all, ask you Support team about these exceptions).
What if I would like to buy software which you don't have in your store?
In case you're not able to find a program in our catalogue or onsite, please, contact our Support team. We will try to prepare new release for you.
